The Group Facility Administrator (GFA) manages the overall operations for nursing services and patient care at multiple DaVita hemodialysis facilities including but not limited to financial management, quality assurance and patient care, safety, risk management, teammate satisfaction, quality index scores, facility maintenance, and other required duties that may arise during the general operations of the facility. This position assures the safe, therapeutic nursing management of the End State Renal Disease patient (ESRD). This role may report to a Regional Operations Director or Division Vice President

Supervise daily operations of unit, including staff and patient census

Plan and perform diaysis treatments in collaboration with the Nephrologist
