Worked as Planning engineer for initial 8 months and acting planning manager till completion of the project - Jumeirah Beach Residence Sector 1, which comprised of 6 tower of 35-52 floors and a common basement & podium. Handled,• Monitoring of the Project through daily & weekly reports, Progress Analysis and reporting the findings & trends to the Project Director• Project Weekly & Monthly reports that cover update on Baseline programme & recovery programme and preparation of various Project KPIS through tabular & graphical reports.• Preparation various internal and external programmes such as Recovery programmes to mitigate delays, Detailed internal programmes on different work packages and Project Close out programmes• Participate in Site Progress meetings, evaluating the site performances and progresses, highlight potential delays or deviations from the Target program• Conduct co-ordination/progress meetings with Subcontractors and Construction managers• Evaluate and approve the programs for the Subcontractors and the Suppliers, and follow up the progress with them including their pre-construction works• Delay Analysis and Preparation of EoT Claims (Used Impacted as planned & Time Impact Analysis)• Monitor resources productivities against the target productivities• Handle project schedule/progress related internal & external correspondences

Trained about 250 Engineers from leading organizations of UAE in about 20 batches.• Consultancy services in Project Planning & Scheduling given to - Al Amar Engineering (Baseline Programme for B+G+41 Falcon Tower at Sheikh Zayed Road).- Arab Centre (Project Management of their Engineering Study projects using MS Project).- Al Tayer Stocks (Programme for Fit-out works of GEANT Hypermarket in Ibn Battuta Mall)- Convrgnt Value Engineering (EoT Claim for 261 villas in Emirates Hills and 92 villas in Golf Club
