• Releasing medicines according to compensated or free prescriptions• Planning and managing orders for medicines supply• Managing the stocks of medicines located in the pharmacy’s stock area (including expiration dates and management of stock release) and looking after asset and product stock• Acting as a permanent support for patients and offering advice related to medical / health related affections and treatments to be followed, acting as the intermediate person between the doctor and the patient• Management of the entire prescription process (receiving, releasing, registering, verifying, archiving, monitoring)• Managing primary accounting within the area of the pharmacy that I am responsible for and operating the specific software instrumentation installed in the pharmacy• Supplying and delivering pharmacy background in order to help the pharmacy maintain its authorization due to national regulations• Involvement in quality operational processes and continuous improvement activities

• Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.• Develop standard work rules and documentation in order to improve daily activities and deliver own activity following local SOPs and instructions; Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.• Prepare Quality reports, including analytical reports (finished products), Certificates of Analysis (CoA) (for finished products) and stability reports, register analysis data reports and verify other reports delivered by colleagues• Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays• Investigate or report questionable test results and participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.• Participate actively in improving the activity and the processes I am involved in and contribute to the lean sigma (6S) standards application
