Managed Finance Systems across the M&G Ltd and Prudential UK prior to demerger from Prudential plc, accountable for run and change across two sets of finance platforms and with a team of 70 across the UK and India. Partnered with Finance teams to translate statutory, regulatory and management accounting change into prioritised systems development. Drove efficiencies through the implementation of automation and integration across the platforms and processes to enable the target ratio of 70/30 analysis/processing across the Finance organisation Managed of a £1m change budget year on year for small change initiatives, new requirements and automation.
