• First Report of Injury forms are reviewed to determine coverage and proper actions under Workers’ Compensation laws and regulations.• Continued communication with injured employees, employers, medical providers, etc...• Once compensability is determined, claims are adjusted in order to issue temporary total disability benefits, temporary partial disability, review and pay related medical bills until resolution of claim.• Establish and oversee reserves • Settle claims that do not require a defense attorney.• Any claim resulting in fault of a third-party where subrogation potential is recovered.
