Built, implemented and animated the integration of the One Planet One health vision into the business of Danone entities in Benelux : Dairy and plant based products, Natural mineral waters and Specialized nutrition (early life nutrition and medical nutrition).Led the coordination of Danone sustainability commitments on health, environment (climate, water, regenerative agriculture, food waste and circular packaging), social and community.Lead the Danone Way program which supports the local implementation of Danone 2030 company goals, aligned with the UN SDG's.Led the B Corp certification process of local entities to meet commitment of Danone, as a purpose driven business, to become globally B Corp certified.Contributed to develop and share Danone positions on sustainability topics and to value our One Planet One Health local actions/B Corp certification towards external stakeholders.Personal achievement: I developed a program to engage our people internally in our OPOH and B Corp journey and make them ambassadors and changemakers of our sustainability roadmap.

Managed the strategic direction of the four major development of the university UCLouvain : Research (new, within a worldwide network or multidisciplinary projects); Education (innovative pedagogy, transition from secondary schools to university); International mobility (foreign languages instruction, students and searchers mobility) and Services to the society (university UCLouvain as a cultural, social and CSR actor in the society).Developed innovative projects both internally (tracking and development in coordination with academics) and externally (prospection and partnerships with companies or individual sponsors), namely by creating academic or research Chairs, mobility scholarships for students or researchers, incentive prizes or research achievement award.Personal achievement: I implemented annual alumni fundraising campaigns and developed the Foundation Louvain Letter to connect with major donors, alumni and friends of the university.

Led the strategic direction of the local and multi-country corporate partnerships activities to raise funds from companies to support WWF environmental projects in the world. Led the strategy, the development, and the profitability of the WWF commercial activities (mail order catalogues, shop, sales on-line and licensing agreements).Managed several Marketing actions, namely the WWF collecting cards albums within the summer 2010 loyalty program for a main retailer in Belgium.Advocated the position of WWF as an actor in sustainability in the Belgian CSR platforms as well as in the business and academic worlds.Personal achievement: I reinvented the collaboration with companies (from charity to long term business engagement) via unique and purpose-driven partnerships to work on 3 pillars: reduce their environmental footprint by identifying material projects linked to their core business, staff motivation & engagement and consumers awareness. Among those partnerships, the collaboration with Delhaize for a 100% sustainable seafood offer won in 2013 the national selection of the European CSR award as the most inspiring collaboration on sustainability.

Led the strategy, the profitability and the products developments for the categories Toys and Stationery (1996-1998) and then for the categories Apparel and Fashion accessories (1999-2004) : management, negotiation and follow-up of license agreements in the Benelux; creative developments and products approvals; budget and monthly financial reports, relationship with the licensees and the retailers in Benelux, financial marketing reports for the European headquarter, market analysis and search for new products and suppliers.Personal achievements: I collaborated with local manufacturers in Benelux to develop cross category products in order to propose exclusive, tailor made and coordinated collections of Walt Disney products with unique themes per retailers, which got preferences of Benelux manufacturers, uplifted local business and raised revenues for the Benelux Disney office.
