• Support the board of directors, providing expert advice across all aspects of the employee life cycle: hiring, training & career development, performance management, wellbeing management, among others.• Manage national & international recruitment processes as well as the onboarding and offboarding processes.• Redesign and enhance the existing young talent program for helping them become the future managers.• Design and manage the Employer Branding strategy: participating in different kind of events, creating content on social media, and working on external recognition initiatives such as Great Place to Work.• Design and manage the Employee Branding strategy to increase retention: implementing recognition and reward programs, promoting company benefits through internal platforms, and coordinating internal events.• Collating and tracking HR metrics including turnover to help drive strategic initiatives within the company.• Assist the internal medical team implementing procedures to avoid employee´s physical or mental issues.• Participate in the implementation of a new HR software, leading the implementation of one of the modules.• Awarded as one of the employees that best represents the values of the company at 2020 Annual Convention.

• Support the CEO and the board of directors with travel and meetings arrangements.• Manage national and international external visits, ensuring the success of pre-stablished schedule.

• Manage the founding members ́ diary and sharing with them a daily report of world stock markets.• Responsible for the reception and managing procedures for national and international account openings.

• Support at events such as conferences, corporate parties, weddings, major events in the city, etc.

• Support the Administration department which mainly included HR related functions.

Support the team in daily tasks such as meeting arrangements, event planning and visiting clients.
