Lead the workshop “Mechanisms for Economic Income Generation in Protected Areas of Bolivia” to introduce strategy recommendations to develop eco-touristic and economic mechanisms for 8 protected areas.

- Developed support information to the document “Rapporto di Síntesi del Comune di Bologna per Saper, Vedere e Misurare lo Stato dell’Ambiente” (State of Enviroment Report of Bologna City).- Involved in preparing the support for the Program “Life ecoBudget” with the environmental indicators of the municipality and the "Local Agenda 21". - Collaborated in organizing the “Water for Peace Event” and the “Energy and Environment Showroom” to present the Energy Plan of the Municipality.

Developed the “Financial Plan and Fundraising Strategy for the Natural Reserve Eduardo Avaroa (REA)”

- Developed the “Long Term Financing Strategy Plan for National Protected Areas Service of Bolivia (SERNAP)”. - Developed 20 Financial Plan of each protected area and central unit of SERNAP for 10 years.- Presented the Strategy at Durban V World Parks IUCN Congress, 2003.
