Acting as the intern manager of portfolios (e.g. Transfers, ADF registrars) for a period up to 12 months, in order to stabilize the processes prior to transition these duties to new roles within the organisation.

Chippendale

Following the merger of 6 organisations the management of registrar education now includes an administrative team of 11+. The alignment of multiple systems and the bringing on and training of multiple staff in geographically diverse locations was completed in 2016. Each team member functions in their regional team as well as within the greater Education Coordinator team. Taking direction from the Chief Operations Officer and the Director of Education, the team leader role ensures that the policies of the various colleges and Department of Health are followed and that the registrars meet their training requirements in order to gain Fellowship of their respective colleges.

GPSynergy is the second largest General Practice Medical Training Provider in Australia providing vocation training to medical professions moving into General Practice. The 3 year program includes placements that are negotiated with individual practices and clinics around Sydney and New England. My current role is to manage the education administration of all registrars in our program. through all stages of their training. Liaising with practices taking on registrars during the term. Resolving practice and registrar issues as they occur. Data analysis associated with forward planning. Identifying triage and other streamline processes to assist in change management. Client liaison both new and current. Coordinating workshops across the country as well as assisting in university course development across 14 universities.
