Championing brand DNA, and implementing brand and communications guidelines in and outside the organization.- Internal and external communications, including PR and Crisis Communications.- Executive counsel, including strategic positioning and messaging- Community Care, executing the company’s ESG strategy to deliver impact in the communities we serveAs Head of Product Marketing, I lead the team on:- strategy and creative commercial innovations rooted in peopel-centric thinking- launching new products and supporting existing ones.- setting the tone in consumerizing technical information, ensuring all our materials are easy-to-understand for both distributors and customers.- In my first 6 months, I launched 2 new products and 3 new funds, which is 60% more than the previous year. These include: the first baby insurance, FWD Babyproof; an insurance product geared for OFW families, FWD Family Hero; and our sustainable global equity fund - FWD Global Good ESG funds.- Developed the health product portfolio strategy and proposition framework, launched in Nov 2021.
