I run a busy Private Counselling Practice, where I work with individuals and those in relationships, as well as Counselling Supervision. I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and see clients and supervisees living all over the UK. I have experience of working as a counsellor or supervisor for a diverse range organisations including Addaction, CRI/Equinox, Brighton Women's Centre, Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard, Terrence Higgins Trust, Age Uk, Mankind, Survivors Network, as well as in my private practice. My experience also covers Counselling Service Management. As an experienced Group Facilitator and Trainer I enjoy designing and delivering one-off training days, based around the use of counselling skills, communication skills or diversity awareness; as well as having delivered courses in Counselling Skills as an Adult Education Tutor for Varndean College, Brighton, for 5 years.Prior to moving into counselling as a full time occupation I managed a UK wide diversity programme, co-ordinating, training facilitators and personally delivering workshops on themes of equality and discrimination. I was also involved in delivering a workplace based personal development programme, which involved offering one to one coaching as well as training volunteers in coaching skills.
