A Chinese proverb says "When the wind of change blows some build walls other windmills" This vision in my experience first as a gynecologist and then in the Medical Direction allowed me to have a careful and innovative approach transforming potential obstacles and criticalities into opportunities.My mission is to improve the lives of patients, through excellent scientific training, the ability to work enthusiastically and profitably with different business functions (marketing, access, legal, regulatory...) and to build a relationship with clinicians, To identify unmet needs and try to develop simple, innovative solutions.In my career in the Medical Affair I have managed numerous educational activities addressed to colleagues, clinicians and diverse audiences in which through story-telling I have succeeded in stimulating their interest always encouraging a careful and profitable participation. One daily challenge for clinicians is the availability of effective and safe innovative therapies, and in my work I have followed processes to facilitate access.
