Hello,I’m an experienced Design Manager, leader and facilitator, a "dot connector", based in Lisbon. I like to do a bit of everything from strategy, concepting, branding and designing experiences. I love people and technology, learning and teaching. Most of all I like making sense of the most complicated mess.I began my professional journey in 2000, right after finishing my degree in Communication Design at Faculdade de Belas Artes, the most prestigious Fine Arts School in Portugal. I immediately joined GrooveMedia as a Webdesigner, working a top-profile client — Portugal Telecom, the biggest telecommunications brand in Portugal. In 2004 I relocate to Accedo, firstly as Webdesigner and, a year later, as Digital Creative Director. In 2006 I took yet another step further on my formal training, completing a specialisation in Advertising (focused on Art Direction) at LisbonAdSchool.After a four year stint at Accedo, I embraced a new project at Fullsix Portugal, the country’s top digital agency. There I acted as Creative Supervisor for some of the largest nationwide brands: TMN, RTP, BPI, SIBS, TAP, Fidelidade, Super Bock, Água das Pedras, Unilever, Pingo Doce, McDonald’s and Compal. While at Fullsix Portugal, I also integrated the team that create Moche, the very first portuguese “Digital Native” brand.From 2015-2021 I work at comOn (comon.pt) as a Creative Director and Ux Lead. There I had the opportunity to work in some big Digital Transformation Projects for Fidelidade, Ok!Teleseguros, Banco BIG, LÓreal, Solinca, etc.I also lectured at some creative schools, such as IADE, ETIC, Lisbon aD School, Flag and Edit.Now I'm Business Manager at Axians Portugal and responsible for a consultancy unit specialized in Digital Transformation Roadmaps, Customer Experience and Digital Services Design.
