• The InPerson Interpreting (IPI) Manager leads and oversees the development and execution of IPI language service operations. • Owns the operations structure development and processes (SOP) to ensure the functionality and client delivery of AMN’s language services product and offerings.• Responsible for the day-to-day operations direction, providing support to the Language Specialist (fulfillment) and the Contractor Onboarding Specialist teams, ensuring all interpreting assignments are fulfilled with highly qualified interpreters. • Creates and nurtures a positive environment where team members are empowered to problem solve and deliver a high customer service level. • Partners with the department director to set market pricing to ensure the team successfully meets or exceeds departmental revenue and EBITDA monthly, quarterly, and annual departmental goals. • Functions as the next line of defense when issues are escalated, to collaborate with clients and interpreters to find a resolution to issues which arise.• Cultivates business relationships through diligent communication with clients (including site visits as necessary, negotiations, escalation, or presentation design/delivery) to develop staffing strategies, align sales approach, and support flawless execution of agreements, and increase client satisfaction and reference potential.• Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management teams for effective planning/strategy and execution to achieve fill rate targets.• Facilitates team meetings and training to cascade strategic updates, process changes and skill development opportunities including innovative technology and tools.• Manages team's performance through evaluations (PSP process) according to company standards to maximize staff production with least expenses.• Fosters effective partnerships with AMN leadership. • Maintains ethical language services business practices in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
