I have more than 8 years of experience as a manager, which has given me the opportunity to analyze and observe how different organizational structures affect employee productivity. A big part of being an effective manager is developing my team, as a manager, I have to know how to onboard and train new employees, coach experienced employees, and eventually, mentor employees. I always try to develop my team by giving them new opportunities and challenges. Encouraging my team to grow and learn is one of the most important things I can do as their manager. I believe that it is important to develop them so that way they can be successful. This involves setting clear expectations and communicating with them frequently.An effective organizational structure should be based on three key principles:1) good communication skills, 2) clarity of responsibilities, and 3) setting goals.
