Most recently Bloom, I helped grow their team as their Head of Design to help scale the business and product from scratch. In conjunction, I worked in a leadership capacity with the founders to set business objectives, help build the product roadmap and lead design sprints.At previous roles, I helped mentor and level up designers from junior and beyond.
