Most recently, I have worked in the aged care sector and the not-for-profit sector in Executive HR roles where I have also led change and process improvement initiatives.I have also held the position of Managing Director of a team program company where I was a thought leader in leadership & team productivity as well as being a professional facilitator in the field. During this time, I worked with government & corporate teams for companies such as Toyota, Pfizer, VicPol, VICSES, Toll & Cummins. I also gave addresses on teamwork, leadership & team productivity both locally & overseas.A business graduate of RMIT, with a postgraduate qualification in Business & HRM from Swinburne Uni and an MBA from AIB, I have achieved outstanding career success within the HR field through my own businesses, as an employee and also leading organisations. I was nominated for an AHRI HR Practitioner’s Award in 2006 for ground-breaking work on "storybook culture", a "SPIRIT" award recipient for my results with work teams from the President of Stanley Asia Pacific & had an article published in the HR Magazine in 2005 around home grown lessons in leadership.I have also received an Australian National Service Medal for 15 years' service to an Emergency Service in a volunteer capacity and have received a 30-year medal as well. This is a field that I have a passion for.My current position is Executive Director of People and Corporate Services at Therapeutic Guidelines Limited (TGL). We are a NFP medical digital publishing company, publishing clinical advice and information for healthcare professionals where our aim is to promote the quality use of medicines.
