My focus has always been to try and better myself and to be the best I can in any role I take on. I get huge satisfaction from being able to solve a challenge; figuring out a more efficient way of working and finding the best possible outcome. I’m probably one of those strange people that likes a deadline and I have always thrived off spinning many plates (who doesn’t love a bit of variety?) Since having my little girl, it’s given me more purpose. I strive to be an example to her and show her a good work ethic is important; that you can, as a woman, become a mum (be a good mum) and still pursue a career in senior management. That building relationships and meeting new people can be fun and interesting, and not to take life too seriously! She’s only 3, but I feel like I am learning so much from her everyday and about myself too.
