Following the merger of the two colleges in 2013 and a failed re-brand, the College was at a stage of re-focussing its efforts to attract students into its vocational course offerings. The College has 3 campus locations in Lewisham Way, Deptford Bridge and Southwark (The Cut). The two boroughs the College works within has a wide range of target audiences, with very different challenges and demographic make ups. I was part of the Senior Leadership Team, regularly reporting to Executive and the Governors.
