I have led the Hot patch 2 release. I was responsible for implementing a lot of performance improvements, leading the communication with the QA team and the release manager. Before that I implemented some features in Usage meter 3.6, 3.6.1, 3.6.1 Hot patch 1. Also I have worked on a lot of service requests from customers as an engineer, going to meeting with the support team and customers.- vCloud Usage Insight - microservices product which takes data sent from the on-prem solution Usage meter, aggregates it, makes some additional computations and pre-fills it in a third-party system. There service providers can login and see how much they will be billed for a month. I have worked on planning and implementing our decryption microservice. Later, I have developed a specification for vCloud Usage Insight’s Notification service and I was responsible for further integration with the VMware’s notification service. There I was the communications hub between our two teams.In the period around 2020 year I started acting additionally in a Scrum master role. I led some of our Scrum meetings and facilitated optimization of the time spent in meetings - resulting in 90% of the meetings finishing on time, compared to 40-50% beforehand. Show less
