• Analysing the CTB (Change the Bank) project costs for the variances from the plan and preparing the Variance analysis for the COO presentation.• Finalising the planned and budgeted figures for the GTB Indirect costs and Direct Costs.• Preparing various MIS reports for Singapore and USA for the CRES division (Corporate Real Estate Services) showing the various costs incurred per FTE and Head Count.• MIS Reports for the senior management showing the cost allocations and the variances in the costs allocated during various periods.• Preparation of Financial Papers for the CRES division for presentation showing the various options and best option before leasing of new Deutsche Bank Premises, the financial impact of restructuring or restacking the existing premises.• Approving various Global Sourcing projects after reviewing them.• Preparing the Benefit Flow Analysis of these Sourcing Projects and presentation for the Top Management.• Attending various Category and Regional Meetings to discuss the effect of these Benefits and help them in achieving their targets.• Variance Analysis and report submission of the Categorywise Benefits and Costs.• Training the new Team in Jaipur on our various processes.• Maintaining the Call Tree data, DB Policies and Procedures and conducting BCM tests
