Senior Graphic Designer
Current- Responsible for leading design kickoff meetings, directing company branding, and designing marketing projects for both print and web
- Design print and digital marketing materials (monthly new product catalogs, print ads, posters, logos, booth signage, social media and email marketing images)
- Manage schedule for the Marketing design team (ensuring a proper workloadbalance and realistic timelines); hire and train new designers
- Lead creative direction on print ad campaigns and over 400 large-scale music events annually including NAMM, PASIC, and Midwest Clinic
- Manage layout and design of multi-page print and digital catalogs using InDesign, working closely with other creative teams in production and marketing to obtain assets and maintain brand consistency
- Package and submit completed projects to commercial printers and other 3rd party vendors, while maintaining naming conventions and internal archival structure
