In the past year I have help investors and homeowners grab great real estate deals. Not to mention since 2006, I have helped over 50 families avoid foreclosure, 68 successful closed short sales since 2006 that removed all deficiency so families can have new start. And today, these families are able to buy now.  Continual high level of customer service I was the exclusive agent for multimillion dollars private estate community in De Luz, CA, which I oversaw the projects building packages, budget, implement new marketing strategies for the project and provide the ambiance of elegant and business together. The implemented new marketing strategies, was the direct result of the first 2 Million Dollar home sale in Temecula. I started the Building Packages in the area with teaming up with the lending, builder, owners and development departments to move the project forward.  Served a 2-year position as Vice President of Membership on the Women Council of Realtors in the Southwest Riverside Area, which entailed prospecting for new members and retention of membership.
