• Developing and managing the CSR policy of Intel including defining and crafting the strategies to help meet the company’s CSR objectives. Creating detailed plans, building relationships with partner organizations and implementing a range of activities and initiatives to ensure a net positive impact . Ensuring that all regulatory requirements including preparation of the annual CSR report, board level reviews etc are met.• Building reputation – establishing Intel as a responsible corporate citizen in the region. • Establishing the best social and environmental responsibility practices and embedding them across the various groups and functions at Intel as well as companies acquired by Intel. This included bringing in best practices from Intel’s global operations, leadership standards, international agreements and conventions applicable to India, etc. • Establishing and maintaining the right stakeholder relationships – both with internal specialists and function/business heads as well key opinion leaders, NGOs, activists, multilaterals, government, academia, partners, industry peers etc as appropriate - to not only build a strong reputation and leverage Intel’s corporate responsibility initiatives but also to create shared value as well as proactively scan and mitigate any emerging issues in the civil society space that might potentially impact Intel. • Leveraging internal / external channels to implement and communicate Intel’s corporate responsibility initiatives – including speakerships, spearheading employee engagement through the Intel Involved employee volunteering program, sustainability reporting, NGO partnerships etc. • Intel Foundation’s grant making to NGOs in the region, ensuring governance, program and execution standards are met.• Developing and influencing public policy positions on key issues related to corporate responsibility
