My Story : 🏪 I have joined a restaurant start up 4 years ago at the beginning of its journey and made my way up to the Executive Team as Growth Manager with a focus on Property Project development.📖 Employee number 1 of Marugame Udon Europe, we've started from a completely blank page, with business, teams and systems to set up and scale up rapidly as the ambition was to open more than 10 restaurants in 2 years. I’ve had within 3 years quite a good 360 view of what it’s like to set up and scale up a business.🌱 I have seen the business evolve from a small management team to the consecutive openings of 11 stores and hiring of more than 400 employees in less than 1 years and 8 months. 📈 I have been an active part of that development, as an Executive Team member, and involved in key business decisions. I know what it's like to start a company from scratch, to find solution with a limited budget, to penetrate a market with a product unknown to the European customers and how a management team can adapt and pivot to the immediate needs of a business.🔄 After 3 years at Marugame Udon Europe, I joined Geolytix to leverage my expertise in growth management and property project management for a broader range of clients. 🌐 At Geolytix, I bring my hands-on experience in start-up environments and my understanding of market penetration challenges to help clients optimise their location strategies. 📊 My role involves managing complex projects, analysing geographic data, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth. This transition allows me to apply my skills in a dynamic consulting environment, helping businesses make informed decisions about their location planning and expansion efforts. I am excited to contribute to the success of our clients and continue my journey in a field that perfectly aligns with my passion for strategic growth and development.
