Responsibilities:•Managing & monitoring Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and Windows components like AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.•Managing & monitoring Exchange Server 2007, 2010 and 2013.•Managing & monitoring Exchange 2010 and 2013 DAG environment. •Performing the other Exchange action as per the requirements. •Perform the troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve the system / network issue.•Monitoring infrastructure and system through managed workplace software.

Responsibilities:•Installation, configuration and maintenance of Desktops and Laptops.•Managing & maintenance of user accounts in AD.•Troubleshooting network related issues.•Installation and trouble shooting, Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8.•Maintenance and providing support for more than 500 client setup.•Installation and supporting for mail clients like MS Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 and Outlook express.•Installation and troubleshooting, configuration of Network printers.•Configuring wireless Access Point.•Creating and providing rights for FTP user’s on server through Serv-U application.•Managing shared drive server and assigning access rights to user as per company policy.•Binding IP address through DHCP server,•Activation and managing Avamar backup clients on user side as well as server through GUI.•Giving support for application like Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus etc and escalate to respective Team if needed.•Call logging and follow up if hardware is under warranty, if not coordinating vendor to repair the same.
