Responsible for Nike Fuleband projects:1. Management ME section suppliers(Plastic,Die-casting,Stamping,Forging,MIM and Thixomolding) in Guangdong, Shanghai, Kunshan area.2. Provide proper suggestion to support Designer to improve Design and structure or function to be implementation by tool.3. Review the DFM with supplier for mechanical part and tool or fixture and Launch tool development.4. Qualification these tools of injection mold, MIM tools, Die-casting and Thixomolding tools.5. Control all tooling and non-tooling and Fixtures to meet EVT or DVT or MP schedule, share these detail status of program with cross-functional team in build period termly.6. Handle any component issues and material issues on production, follow up BOM maintenance and ECR implementation.7. Responsible for improvement the secondary operation process yields rate and capacity to meet program requirements.9. Good understanding of various quality tools such as FAI, CPK, DOE and FMEA etc. Able to use it for ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions taken.
