• Running the Civil Lawsuit cases by attending the trial for and the company's name and preparing files for trial purposes, including making power of attorney, response to the lawsuits, duplik, lists of evidence, and conclusions for Civil Litigation.• Represent the company on the trial of the Suspension of Payment and Bankruptcy proceeding, filing a list of the receivables, attending creditor’s meetings, verification meetings, composition plan meetings, and voting.• Supported and assisted with legal assistance requested by other departments related to the discussion of legal matters both inside and outside the court.

As a legal intern, I was assigned for comparing the Articles of Association of Subsidiaries with their compliance with the provisions in the Company Law and other related regulations. I also calculates the length of working days from the request for a General Meeting of Shareholders until the file is completed in one year period
