I handle the product, growth and operations for brands under Oasis Base Group. Oasis Base was first conceptualised in 2015 as a digital tech agency and formally operated as a design and planning consultancy in New Zealand from 2018. Since then, we have evolved and expanded to operate in property, design and retail industries using our craft in asset building, design, marketing and management to make a positive difference.

Vitals is a fem-tech startup connecting the need for functional products in women’s healthcare. Our range was focused to eliminate leak-anxiety that people with periods and bladder incontinence often experience.◉ Led a team comprising of product, graphic & UI designers, digital service contractors and overseas suppliers to make the brand one of the three notable competitors in the NZ market.◉ Innovated and launched functional product range for individuals meeting diverse age groups.◉ Streamlined the supply chain by negotiating favourable terms with multiple suppliers and set up design guidelines in place for a smooth procurement process.◉ Increased customer satisfaction by implementing a personalised shopping experience, resulting in an average 24% customer retention over the past 3 years.◉ Expanded product offerings and digital experience to cater to a wider audience, enhancing the brand's market presence and driving around 15% increase in overall sales year on year.◉ Spearheaded a social media campaign highlighting the inclusivity and empowerment aspects of the brand, resulting in a 8 times growth in ROAS and 4 times growth in brand awareness and engagement from FY2022 & FY2023.

Under Oasis Base 1.0, I provided tailored growth marketing services to tech startups. During this phase of my work, I focused on implementing and measuring growth through consistent experimentation in search and social marketing.As of 2024, this brand name carried on to diverse industries and sits as the leading holding firm for our brands.
