Hi 👋 , I’m Sonika Ravula and I am the co-founder of Oasis Base Group heading product, growth and operations of our companies in diverse industries. I manage cross-functional teams to bring creative, innovative and strategic solutions to the table. I have so far built 3x startups and run the consulting + investments pillars for the Oasis Base Group as a co-founder and director. My passion patterns over the years always come together with design. I'm also beyond inspired by natural design and often gather ideas from my observations to drive product and process innovation at work.I carry many roles in business when required hence answering 'So, what do you do?' in a simple way that's not a conversation is a struggle like many other entrepreneurs. I’m building and investing in impact driven solutions for a more resilient environment and society in tech, health & wellbeing, environment and energy.
