Heading the curriculum department including pedagogy, assessment, design, and training team to bring innovation in curriculum design and delivery for improving students' learning outcomes

• Leading and managing the content team that includes SMEs and Senior SMEs of different subjects, DTPs, Graphic designers, Editors and project managers• Developing the vision, pedagogy, framework, structure and components of new educational products in K-12 segment including the student solutions like learning apps and school solutions like curriculum and online education tools• Assessing the current trends in technology in education and developing recommendations for Business head• Responsible for the customisation of the content of the existing products for the national and international clients• Making the plan, process and schedule for the content development of educational products• Responsible for the implementation of the project plan and process • Responsible for maintaining the quality standards and achieving the deadlines• Identifying, understanding and mitigating any issues regarding the content development and developing the contingency plan if needed • Recruiting the team members and finding the appropriate consultants and vendors as per the need• Training the team members and consultants and giving them regular feedback• Working in close association with the Business head for budget allocation for different products• Collaborating with the other departments like product team, technical team, sales team and training team • Conducting the demos and teacher training workshops

Leading and managing a team of editors of science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and EVS) and being responsible for content development (Books + e-learning) for Science subjects for grades 1-12 for CBSE, ICSE and many state boards and international boardsManaging free lancers and vendorsTraining Editors for content writing and story boarding and Reviewing the work of editorsDeciding the structure, components and template for new productsDeveloping detailed lesson plans and conducting teacher trainingPlanning for the new projects and coordinating with other teams
