I am responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful software development projects for various clients across domains and geographies.As a certified PMP, CSM, and Lean Six Sigma professional, I leverage my skills and knowledge to plan, execute, monitor, and control software projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope and giving the desired value. I work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and teams to define the project objectives, prioritize the requirements and ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall). I also proactively manage and grow customer relationships, consult and work with management to identify process improvement opportunities, and mentor and develop team members.
