Ensuring that everything is running smooth with operations being optimal, providing support to team members and senior team members, managing work schedules, conflict resolution and providing constructive criticisms and feedback for growth are some of the responsibilities at my current role.Previously, I have worked in the hotel industry which has developed my people skills and allowed me to work in a challenging and demanding environment. I have managed to succeed due to my excellent communication skills, time management and resource optimization. I am also a proactive individual - introducing and implementing efficient channel management systems and revenue management tools at my past workplace and thus, increasing efficiencies and allowing for better revenue management and exposure to opportunities.Outside the work life, I enjoy strategic gaming and company of friends.
