- Conduct internal training programs for company personnel to increase skill assets and ultimately impact company goals and profit objectives- Development and publish Standard operating procedures for the Sales Support Team- Assist the region in attaining whole goods sales goals and objectives. - Assist in direct marketing and sales support to targeted New Holland dealers.
