About Sonja Dewitt

I started my career in television but soon realized that my heart wasn't going to be in it for the long run. I have spent almost two decades helping to make sure that kids have fun when they play sports - because sports teach life lessons. I am known for my type-A-true-to-a-German attention to detail. My work motto is: email inbox needs to be empty at the end of the day. I pride myself in not leaving any issues unresolved or dropping the ball. By being a small business owner for the past decade, I have learned a lot about company culture, leadership and have also become well versed in things I never dreamed about knowing: HR laws, tax codes, accounting etc. It has allowed me to keep learning.
