Providing educational institutions and advancement professionals in Europe with knowledge, standards, advocacy and training in alumni relations, communications, fundraising, marketing and related activitiesThe role involved managing a membership restructuring project, which included building and running focus groups, increasing existing membership benefit offerings and developing a comprehensive communications plan to disseminate the resulting changes. This role also included membership development activity across continental Europe.
