Jabra is a major player in the global market for professional audio products and now also on journey to establish their position in the area of video collaboration with PanaCast portfolio. I joined Jabra to support this mission by providing technical guidance and ensuring that relevant stakeholders have the necessary product understanding on Jabra’s video solutions & ecosystems in which we operate.

Bibliotheca is a global IT company with an ecosystem of library management solutions. In this position I was involved in various change processes, where my in-depth software knowledge was utilized to improve and optimize Bibliotheca solutions as well as internal processes. I have also been responsible for the establishment of Nordic Bibliotheca Academy, which equips customer to know the full potential of bibliotheca IT solutions and train sales- and operation teams with relevant product knowledge. Since I became a certified trainer in December 2021, I have conducted 100+ online training sessions through Microsoft Teams.

Denmark

Initially, I joined Bibliotheca to analyze and optimize processes within the customer service department with the end goal of decreasing lead times and increasing customer satisfaction towards the service department. One of the major accomplishments in this role entailed development of a data collection method for the ticket system, which enabled data driven decision-making for planning and prioritization.

In this role, I was on an internship in early-stage medical startup company Embios, and together with them, I attended Business Acceleration Academy, which is a course facilitated by Novo Nordisk Foundations Bio Innovation Institute. My role encompassed primary and secondary market research. This involved an in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, as well as gaining consumer insight through interviews with international KOLs within the field of orthopaedics. Together with my colleague, we conducted 30 interviews with orthopaedic surgeons. This market analysis provided important insight for the development of a viable business plan with the goal to attract investors.

Atradius is a leading credit insurance company, where I worked on the side of my studies. In this position, I gained experience in data-driven marketing campaign development, where one of my tasks entailed the identification of attractive consumer segments to be targeted with future campaigns within the Nordic market. In this task, I got familiar on SQL coding. In addition, my role also encompassed creating visualizations of the data both with the use of excel as well as with Tableau.

Israel

My time in Israel, was a realization of me and my husband’s dream to live and work abroad in a different cultural context. In this job, I was positioned as the manager of The Danish House, which is a danish bible course center located in the North of Israel. In this role, we shared the overall responsibility of leading the course center, which involved planning, organizing and running in-house course activities, leading volunteers and coordinating volunteer work offered in local society. During my stay in Israel, I also attended Ulpan, which is an intensive 5 month fulltime Hebrew language school.
