Before covid-19 I was a head chef in a restaurant at Rottness Island, the coast of Perth. I had a team of 2 chefs, a kitchen hand, and a dishwasher. I learned how to run a kitchen and give orders to others.

My job was to help to shear the sheep and to sort wool. The job was extremely physical and demanding. Workdays were long and exhausting, and working conditions were far from ideal with the heat and bad work postures.

I've worked in big productions like Backstreet Boys, MUSE, and Cirque de Soleil. In event technology is important to know how to work as a team, take orders, and follow them. Also, you need to be able to see the big picture, how everything will look like when it's done, and foresee what could happen if you left loose wire laying around, for example.
