As a clinical systems analyst with a clinical background as an RN, I focus on population health, health care quality improvement, and care coordination. I enjoy working closely with multiple stakeholders to create and support Epic tools that promote efficient system use and high quality of care. Prior to working as an analyst, I was a nurse care coordinator for high risk patients under a managed care contract providing complex case management, disease management and care coordination services patients. I assisted in developing a documentation tool to improve adherence to program outcome goals for the care coordination team and found I had an interest in pursuing systems work.
