I am a guest lecturer/facilitator for young adults giving seminars on political education and competence development. For this I am developing the programme structrue and lead the sessions.

As a student assistant for the programme director of the social science masters and bachelors, I am working on the strategic level of the programme, aiding the strucutre and supervision of the programmes for a better experience amongst my fellow students.

I lead seminars on intercultural development and exchange for young adults that will live for one year in Germany. I facilite their learning process with the aim to enhance their competency for understanding their role and possibilites in society. I lead the seminars in English, Spanish and German (at the same time).

As the responsible party, I built and managed the organization's website, social media platforms, and fundraising efforts. Additionally, I coordinated internal communication within the organization and external communication to the public.

I was responsible for coordinating the South-North component of the Weltwärts program at Ecoselva e.V. This involved successfully implementing two cohorts of volunteers from Peru, India, and the Dominican Republic in Germany, including the placement of volunteers at suitable sites, finding suitable host families, and organizing seminars in English, Spanish, and German

I provided support and guidance to first-year students of the Master Development and Rural Innovation (MDR) program, organizing and hosting various activities throughout the first half of the year.

I provided support for the preparation of teaching and research activities for the Working Group Water in Global Change within the Department of Geography at the University of Bonn.
