I have now started a new exciting position within Signcraft that will bring all my previous skills together to assist the Project Management and Administration Teams in the continuation of getting the best results for our customers and their projects. I am looking forward to the next 12 months and the exciting challenges it will bring with this new role.

Supporting the Automotive Account Director in Sales Administration with many other daily duties and ensuring all projects are completed successfully and budgets are met . A very varied, challenging and rewarding position where no one day is the same!

I am also part of a Business Review Team for Project Managers to identify areas of improvement within the company and Secretary and Treasurer of the Social Club. I was extremely honoured to receive the Employee of the Year Award for the company in December 2017.I like to think outside of the square when tackling my projects and processes are the key for success. I have a good rapport with all of our crew and colleagues and always recognise that the success of my projects is in relation to and because of the whole team behind me that provide ongoing support. We aim high for quality in our products and strive for excellent customer service with all our clients.

Project Co-ordinator- I had left my previous signage company to take on this role, and was delighted to be promoted within months to take over the Kmart Project as a Pm and then provided a co ordinator to assist and train.

In House Account Management, reconciliations, off take of Construction Drawings. Assisting Project and Construction Managers with initial quoting process of jobs, variations, order amendments and Additional Works. Assisting with product queries and working with strict time management. Full schedule co ordination of installers to deliver all projects on time. Skills with Microsoft Outlook, 2013 Word, Excel and Power Point and in house systems.

Office Manager for a Financial Planner, Organisational skills utilized with supervising upto 5 staff members at a time and the daily running of the office and all requirements relating to financial services, including MYOB and Payroll duties. There was also may EA activities in relation to this role.

My time within the Credit Union began in Credit Control working on over due debts up to a 90 day Period. I was also then promoted to a new Loss Recovery area and put in charge to set up a this area specifically with severe over due accounts and liaising directly with solicitors for Legal Action. I was in charge of one employee for assistance and received great reviews from the Company due to the amounts collected within this period. In 2002 I had gone on Maternity Leave with my first child and whilst I was on leave the company transferred the office to our Sydney Head Office Branch. I was offered a role as Branch Manager for Collins Street upon my return however that was not the direction I wanted to travel, so I accepted a retrenchment package.
