Project Manager of Cactus22, a showcase for the UK's most contemporary startups and small businesses. This was a marketing project/campaign sponsored by David and George, Squarespace Web Designers.Designed to attract our target market and offer them a free place to showcase their work. Eventually becoming clients, when ready to take the leap into commissioning a website.

I worked in partnership with David & George as their website builder, specialising with the Squarespace platform for almost 4 years. I also managed a side project/marketing tool for them - with my own team to coordinate and provide work for, a website and social media also. Abiding by timelines, brand building and communication were all essential.

I was in this position for 1.5 years, and thoroughly enjoyed the fast-paced, competitive, problem solving sales environment. This role truly honed my excellent face-to-face customer communication and service skills.

Face-to-face personalised customer service. As the director's assistant and apprentice, I worked full time (08:45 - 18:00/18:30), with a 3 hour hands-on training session after work weekly. This business was all about making sure all of our clients felt comfortable, relaxed and in safe hands. A great forge for my future skills.
