Corporate Finance International (CFI) is a group of leading boutique investment banks specializing in cross-border acquisition, divestiture, capital raising, and related services. CFI focuses exclusively on middle market transactions, with deal sizes ranging from approximately EUR 20 million to EUR 500 million.My role is to facilitate cross-border collaboration worldwide by stimulating, supporting and monitoring cooperation between the current members and marketing CFI to outside parties. In addition, I assist and support the Board in the overall management of the group (finance, legal, marketing, business development) and I establish connections around the world with interested M&A parties wanting to become part of the CFI group to stimulate their international business.
