I will work with you to price your house competitively, looking at recent sales as well as real estate currently on the market. Being certified in home staging, I will also help prepare your home for sale. Our goal is to sell your house as quickly as possible--and at the best price!A little about me personally –I am proud to call Winona my home. My husband and I were both born and raised in Winona. Together we have seven children and lots of grandchildren. Paris is also a part of our family. She is a very active red poodle!I have been involved in many community events and have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity as a Board Member in the past, and currently, serve on the family selection committee and finance committee. This is challenging but very fulfilling as you see the progression from lumber being built into a home for a family.I also serve on the fundraising committee for Home & Community Options and active at St. Martins Lutheran Church. You may also see me at the YMCA or Snap Fitness teaching a fitness class. I love being active!
