Responsible for logging receipts, calculating lunch payments & submitting accurate deposits on daily basis. Prepare & serve meals to over 400 students. I am certified in food service saftey as well as a ServSafe instructor for the National Resturant Association. Have two assistants under my management. I began my career at S.E Rykoff & Co.(now U.S. Foodservice) as a Food Service Specialist from 1990-1994, I sold food, equipment, paper & janitorial and most other supplies to restaurants, health care facilities & schools.Increased sales annually. Met sales quotas, built long lasting relationships with customers. From 1994-1995 I joined our Paper & Plastics Manufacturing Division as a specialist. I was responsible in working with sales force to increase sales of Rykoff paper & plastics, including custom print beverage & dinner napkins, place mats and straw wrappers. This also included seasonal items. Sold a full line of beverage straws, plastic cutlery and can liners to sales force customers and outside contacts.From 1995-1998 I joined our Dish Machine Manufacturing Dept. I worked with sales representatives as a specialist to aid and place product to best benefit customer needs.Worked with dish machine technicians before, during and after placement of machine & cleaning products. Developed and led sales meetings and demonstrations for Rykoff field sales force both in the field and in district office.Educated customers and their staff on product benefits on how Ryfoff products are used.Worked food shows at CRA and local venues.
