I am a British-American graduate of Newcastle University currently working as a tutor and Sales assistant but with a keen desire to move into talent management. As someone with a profound interest in the worlds of TV, film and theatre, I would like to undertake regular work experience in an Agency as these performing and visual arts are exciting and extremely meaningful to me, and form part of an industry in which I am serious about building a career.I have a First Class Honours degree in Film Studies and Music; I spent some time traveling in Japan afterwards and my return to the UK coincided with the start of the pandemic. I created my own academic tutoring business, primarily focussing on English and Maths for GCSE students and American accent coaching for actors. From the beginning of the year I have returned to working in Sales.I always make it a priority to see what is current in the West End as well as independent theatre - my recent trips include going to see Slave Play at the Noël Coward Theatre, The Real Thing at The Old Vic, Next to Normal at Wyndham's Theatre, Scavengers at the White Bear Theatre and Freezer Cake at the Canal Cafe Theatre during this year's Camden Fringe. Having an unwavering enthusiasm as well as dedication to precision and accuracy, I am confident in my ability to research, organise and liaise, including but not limited to the cataloguing of emails, calls and submissions, conducting fieldwork, constructing and updating client CVs, managing diaries, protecting and being a resourceful point of contact between clients and Agents.
