Services and responsibilities:• Leading a team of assistants who are responsible for administering all transactions • Preparing reports for traders, line managers and top level management• Reconciling payments, preparing documents for legal procedures and collecting debt• Corresponding with farmers, clients and procurement agents on a daily basis• Training and developing assistants • Motivating assistants to develop themselves within the organisationThe systems that we work on in order to complete above mentioned tasks are: AGRIS, BEM, SAP Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD, Microsoft POWERPOINT, Microsoft ACSESS etc.
