-Raising the profile of Fokof Lager in the relative market as well as identifying new markets and creating action plans to implement. - Management of an external Sales Team that covers On and Off Trade across South Africa (+- 45 people) + quarterly sales planning.- Building relationships with brands that we can collaborate with and creating campaigns to elevate both brands footprint with a direct sales action. - Creating interactive sales and activation campaigns, formulating the strategy and briefing the area teams on execution.- Ensure that all actions in trade gets connection with social media and all "legs" of the FOKOF brand ties together in one coherent voice. - Managing Social Media accounts - creating content plans, sourcing content and briefing in design elements to relevant departments. - Production process of all campaign elements - from planning, budget, design brief, dealing with suppliers/manufacturers,collection, allocation and distribution. - Campaign budget planning and allocation. Paying of suppliers and freelancers. Internal budgets and keeping track of finances.

We do this production once a year beginning December.• I assist the Producer, Melanie Rossline , in all organisational and planning operations for the runway events. • This includes but is not limed to flight scheduling for the international designers, transport scheduling for crew and designers, communication between departments, general management of all fittings and elements involved in fittings, logistics management and damage control• This also includes the processing of information captured at all fittings and converting it into model rail tags, daily production schedules and event day paperwork. Backstage Manager• On show nights I had the responsibility to enforce the strict time schedule of the producer in leading up to show time. • This includes: a 100% Model Attendance, all through hair and make-up, dinner, Get dressed for First Looks, then put in final show lineup for check.• I was also on comms with Melanie Rossline calling the show from Backstage – sending models out on runway and doing final checks.
