COACHING - MINDFULNESS - LEADERSHIP I am most inspired to work with people. Finding what really drives us, what matters, what makes us get up in the morning again and again. And in being brave enough to really look at the whole picture we walk the first steps in creating a happier and healthier life. I started my life in the beautiful South of Germany, close to the Alps and marvelous Lake Constance, used to strong work ethics and a high standard of living for the largest part of society. This inspired me to dig deeper into social and political correlations, finding out more how people can live their best life available. People say I am a good listener, a strong connector and able to dive deep. I love emotional intelligent approaches and I am willing to set the container and hold it to let change emerge.
