I have developed curriculum and facilitated groups for both children and adults. These include grief support groups, anger management, life skills training, parenting instruction, and SEL groups. Programs are based on Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and are designed to help individuals grow and develop skills to improve their lives. My overall professional goal is to help individuals overcome obstacles to their personal growth and become strong, mentally healthy individuals. Investing in people is my passion. It is what I care about most because it impacts the future in the most positive and profound way.My mantra is: No act of kindness is ever wasted.
