While taking classes, I worked with Chloe Jensen and Karen Fisher Doyle on my BFA project for my Dance degree at the University of Iowa, which will culminate my time with the UI Dance Dept. While working on this project, I was asked to intern ADC and be a production assistant for their performance of "Blackbird" at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts. My duties included outreach to foundations, companies, dancers and audience, taking extensive notes on all production elements, assisting in rehearsals, organizing apparel, rigging aerial apparatus in the theatre, and being in charge of aerial apparatus during the performances.
